Sounds suspicious. Probably the dial on the inner disk was replaced or incorrectly refinished. Which caliber is it? One is without date and one is with. |

Thanks, Zaf. It's a 910 so the inner dial must have been replaced to look like Worldtime Memodate. Not correct for sure (even if aesthetically pleasing). Movement has been serviced and works flawlessly. Case and crowns all good. My question to you is: is it possible/would you recommend sourcing and replacing with simple inner dial in line with the outer dial (just a bit of discoloration on edges), movement and case? Suspicious. Clearly the inner disk came after the fact. Your best is eBay to find a plain inner disk as no one will have these as a matter of course. |
