I don't know anything about watches at all. Well I know how they work and what they do, but I don't know what is real and what isn't. I got this watch as a gift

Simply because Jaeger-LeCoultre has never produced a Reverso that looked like yours (open balance, small seconds at 9, partially open backside to begin with).
