Looks like an early caliber 449 then (which is 28.8mm), so you may want to measure it exactly to be sure. |

From bridge layout more likely a 9 lignes movement like 408/417/428/471 http://www.jaeger-lecoultre.org/Caliber-details/Caliber_408.jpg Hint: usually caliber number is engraved below the balance wheel. |

But 9 lignes is much smaller than 30mm...so a precise measurement is needed. |

Yes it makes sense because the movement is only 20.8 with a filler around to make watch movement with dial 30mm.. does that help you? |

According to that link, its a 428 is that correct? I need a cockscrew it looks to me as 5110 on that sheet is that correct? |

Can't you watchmaker provide one? Most guys usually have a lot of screws lying around and one is bound to fit just right. I think you will find it a challenge to find the part without a donor movement. |
