Hi all, I picked up this futurematic pretty cheap and was wondering if it was original\repainted\whatever and worth a service and clean from a watchmaker. It runs and keep time well.

Dial looks original to me. It is a watch that's a little weird from a movement point of view, so I don't recommend giving it to a watchmaker with no prior experience with the model. We do these all the time. See our standard repairs rates here: http://www.classicwatch.com/asp/watchrepairrates.asp |

Fantastic, thanks for that Zaf. I have given it in for a service and to have the band changed. I'll post a pic when it is done. Just out of interest as well, what would be the value of such a watch, 10k gold filled case, the back is steel fyi |
