Does it say "Club" on the dial? This looks like one of the cheap line of watches that they made during the mid 1970s quartz crisis. it isn't collectible due to the cheap non JLC movement fitted in the watch.

OK, it's not an in-house JLC movement, as much as they taut themselves being a "manufacture", they did fit some non JLC watches in their watches in the 1970s.
