Hello, found this nice looking watch and was hoping to get help with a date and approximate value. The watch works fine, runs for a very long time on a few turns and the alarm also works well.

It states it is 10KT Gold Filled, 486/1, the serial number is W117603, The movement serial number is 880753, there are probably 15 engravings and writings in the inside of the cover which I assume are service dates.

USA market "Wrist Alarm" it's a caliber 489/1 dates to 1952-53. Dial looks refinished, so that hurts its value, probably high $300 for value. If the case is showing no wear through, than maybe low $400s.
