I have just had this spectacular Memovox (just like the one on the top of this page), it comes with its original JLC box, tag and dealer receipt As you can see, the tritium on dial is a little dirty, do you think a professional wathcmaker can clean it up? |

If I were you, I'd leave it alone. It's beautiful as is. Replacing the tritium would hurt the value in the eyes of some collectors. If it needs mechanical service, that's another matter, but the dial looks excellent. Good luck, gatorcpa |

Gorgeous! As gatorcpa stated, the darkening of the dots is natural and desirable to a vintage collector. Doing any type of dial refinish work would be like refinishing a fine antique piece of furniture... it would destroy value. Fine vintage pieces are supposed to look vintage. Jeez, you even have the original Gay Freres steel bracelet. These bracelets are quite valuable and hard to find. You have a very desirable and collectable watch on your hands. Congrats! Greg |
