Zaf -

Thanks for this great forum! Could you please help me date my two JLC vintage watches? One of them is a thin, 18k gold mechanical dress watch. I believe it uses 819 caliber, and the serial number on the back is 1077612.

The other is an automatic Memovox. This one is a bit of a mystery to me - the only thing I know is the number on the back - 1135018.

I'm including pictures in the posts to follow.

We just can date by movement serial.

As for the mechanical watch, I couldn't quite make up the first digit of the movement, but I'm attaching another picture.

Got more information on the Memovox -

Movement serial number is: 1850299. The caliber is a K815, and there's a number on the inside of the case back (855).

Please, help me date this.
