Hello from France, I'm looking for information about my watch as I wasn't able to find any picture of a blue JLC 24002-42. It has day, date, and "chronometre automatic" written on the dial. Anything special about it?
Thanks for your help Regards, Ren |

You bet there is! Only 520 of this case referfence were produced by JLC. Here's an article about JLC Chronometers. http://www.watchtime.at/archive/wt_2003_04/WT_2003_04_vintage_jaeger-lecoultre_c hronometers.pdf Your watch is mentioned on pages 4 and 5. Hope this helps, gatorcpa |

3 Chronometer references in the 70's from the Master Mariner series: 24000, 24001 and 24002 Differences are just the case designs. |
