Hello,

First, I'd like to tell that I'm a completely newbie... I was crawling the web just admiring watches and I found a watch that just completely obsessed me. So I ordered it... The question is I do not know if I paid the "right" price for this watch because I have no paper, nor box, nor reference number... The only thing I have is a serial number (which seems to be useless). I haven't found any "comparable" (in terms of visual) watch on the web. That's the reason why I need your help.
The watch is 18k gold, the case is 36mm, the lugs are very particular, the seller told me it was an original one and I paid 2400 for it (which is quite an amount for me...) Thanks for your enlightments !

Regards

The last one similar to this, I sold for $1600 about 2 months ago, it had a refinished dial though, which I suspect yours does as well. These are fitted with the 12 1/2 ligne series movement, most likely a caliber 450 in your case, most like dating to around 1946.
