Hi I am new to collecting JLC and my wife gifted me this watch for Christmas. I'd like to know the year it was made and get any relevant information pertaining to this model. Thanks for any help!

You find the reference number on the back, this will help to identify. It's 1980/90's production. |

How do you use this to determine it's origin? |

Checking with old manufacturer catalogs and maybe a google search. ;) Please understand that this forum is focused on vintage LeCoultre watches (1930s - 1960s). The reference number leads you to the modell, the material and case size. For dating it, the case serial is needed - but I'm not aware of any public availabe data sheet. |
