Jaeger-LeCoultre gold watch that I believe is quite old. From what I can see, it says Fabrique En Suisse under the brand. It says 526191 with a capital A under the number on the backside. I have not dared to open it to see evt. numbers inside in case I will damage something.

With the band, which is valued at the gold content, maybe around $500-600. The watch is 18k gold.
