Hi,
I wanted to get some advice on whether it is worth it to refinish the dial on the stainless steel memovox, possible from the '50s.
The dial has some mold on it and is discolored.
The hands and markers are rose gold.
Both crowns have the JL logo.
The outer dial is signed Jaeger LeCoultre.
The inner dial is signed Jaeger LeCoultre and underneath, in blue as well, are the words "fabrique en suisse".
The alarm arrow is blue.
The case serial number is 658376.
The watch runs great, and the alarm is only off by 5 minutes from set point.
Please advise, possibly with overall value if restored.
Regards,
Jeff

I think you are reaching the point where a dial redo is in order. We'd sell restored examples of this watch in the $600 to $700 range. This one went for $650 in july.
