i have a jaeger le coultre with a space between the le and coultre and i have yet to find another one like it. has anyone ever seen a watch like this one and does anyone have any information about it. from what i was told it was bought in switzerland in the 60's the caliber is p185 and the sn is 1263069 i believe. any information will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for your help

my post about the memovox has the wrong caliber it is 815 not 185 i miss typed and sorry but i don't know how to fix it

It's a case reference E855 fitted with caliber 815. With a 1.2M serial number on the movement, that would date to 1957-58.

thank you ! i don't really understand all that lol, but is it unusual for the space being in the name jaeger le coultre instead of lecoultre i can't find any other lecoultre with the space in the name

It should be LeCoultre not Le Coultre, so maybe the dial was repainted at some point. I can't tell from the photo.

hey zaf thanks for taking the time to answer my questions i appreciate your knowledge. i didn't realize you could get them repainted and have the name re-stamped either. it is almost impossible to find out this information without people like you in forums willing to help so thanks again
