Hi there. The inside of the case is stamped Cased and time in US By LeCoultre, Wadsworth (in script) and the number 729617. The 7 in this string is very faint. Also, etched into the inside of the case is what appears to be a date 5/8/1939, hard to see as it is very close to lip and very small. Movement is marked 490EW the number 883524 and some random numbers F S A R and VXN. The outer case is stamped W10K Gold Filled. Face is marked LeCoultre and the top and Swiss at the bottom. The watch dates to circa 1953 and the mark you are seeing is most likely 5/8/1959. It's not a 1930s piece. Value is fairly low, as it is a non-gold ladies piece. Not much demand for this sort of thing.
