Hi folks, looking for a bit more info on a watch I've recently inherited. Marked Le Coultre on face dial, on opening the back marked Jaeger Le Coultre with serial number: 199635. The case is not original (marked Acier, Swiss innox) and I am interested in the likely look and style of the original case, and, indeed, the likelihood of finding one.Any other info appreciated. It's from 1940-41. That is the original case top. Please post a shot of the back and I'll tell you if that's original. Thanks. |
