Does anyone know where I may be able to acquire a Brevet 34 Cyma/Tavannes Fly Back Lever for a Tavannes chronograph watch?

You would need to identify the movement maker, not the brand name on the dial. Vintage chronograph movements were only made by a hand full of makers.
