I was wondering if anyone can tell me how old a Mount Royal 25-jewel Automatic watch might be and approximately how much it would be worth.

Unfortunately not much. It is not a known brand, but a generic Swiss name plate. If I were to guess, value is $75 to $100 assuming it is stainless steel, +$100 if 14k gold.
