I found a vulcain cricket-nautical in a junk shop a few years ago, and would like to know if it's worth having fixed. I took it to a watch repairers and he said it was a collectors item and he'd never seen one like it, was he just stringing me on to get me to spend money having it fixed or is it, as he said, something special? Any info. on thw watch would be appreciated, I've seen the photos of the vulcain crickets, but this one has an extra button, and looks to be a lot bulkier, he said it was 1940s. Please e-mail me at [email protected] Thankyou |

I think you may have something, I have not seen a Cricket Nautical either. Any way you can post an image of it? The regular Crickets if decent go for $200 and up, so you've got at least that. Zaf |

Thats not an easy watch to find. Prices are around $500 if you find them. I have one that also needs repair, but i can not find parts anywhere for its MSR52 caliber. If by any chance you know an equivalent caliber, please post it. |
