Seems to be of reasonable quality, it is not a brand I recognize, I'd guess value is in the $300-400 range, mostly dependent on how heavy the case is and how much gold is in it. | ||

That will require some research. The watchmaker will have to identify who made the movement, and then try to locate the part. It isn't always easy. | ||

I looked your pocket watch and maybe put you on the rigt track. I'm french and i can confirm Zaf' way. This is a global medal for participation in many competition during Universals Competitions Paris 1900-Liege 1905-Milan 1906-Londres 1908. I don't know if it was for timing competitions because, by example, Liege delivered more than 1000 Grand Prix for all arts and crafts. About The name Jeanneret i can say this is a Swiss usual name. By exemple the real name of the famous architect LeCorbusier is Jeanneret and his first job was whatch engraver as his father.
