Does anyone have any reliable information on these two German watch manufactures. I have a Witteaux, actully two and they are of excellent build quality for the price. No markings to idicate where they are made. One, has a see through back without markings. I had read it might be a chinese movment, but seems too refined. The Hummel, I can find some info, but need more. Thanks

Not sure...if you can get a scan of the movements, I can probably identify them for you...a common movement is the ETA auto for Swiss made movements, and the Myota (Citizen) for the Japanese made movements.
