I would like to have a little help. I have a Revue pocket watch. The type is Prima and the watch is marked to be antimagnetic. Swiss Made, 17 jewels, manual wind, hinged case and inner dust cover.Probably 18 k yellow gold case and a 18 k gold chain. Very good condition and works well. I would like to know the price and years when Revue made these watches, please.

Inpossible to date given information given, but this is not a highly sought after brand, value is going to be very close to the value of the gold + say $100.

Dear Zaf,
I wrote to Revue Thommen and asked their help.
This is what they wrote:
It is for us very difficult to give you precise information. After checking in our history, we found out that this pocket watch must have been produced around 1930. The movement which has been used for this type of pocket watch has been discontinued in 1940.So the watch as been produced between 1930 and 1940.

The movement is an exclusive Revue Thommen movement. This is exclusive as there are only very few companies such as Revue Thommen produces their own movements.

It is also difficult to decide on the value. However we think the price should range between EUR 700.00 and 1'500.00. This also depends on the persons who wants to own it.

Hi. It's a good thing they answered you, usually people never get replies for manufacturers.

By all means if you can sell it for that kind of amount, take the money and run!
