I think it is a Lucien Picard Wristwatch, but the only thing it says on the face is:
PICARD
17 JEWELS
AUTOMATIC
INCABLOC
all capital letters, can't seem to find any info. It is not one of those Sea shark models.
Any info would be appreciated.

Sounds like 1960s Swiss Generic. If you can open it, check what the movement or case back says that way you can tell if it is Lucien Picard or not.
