Besides Rolex how do the vintage swiss watches compare? Is there a quality difference between for example; Rado , Tissot , Titoni , Enicar , Cyma , Titus, Sandoz , Omax , Elgin , Longines , Tag Heuer ? Also is there considerable quality differences between wtches of the same brand ; ie Rado Voyager vs Gold Castle or Conway? I sort of like them all.

The best Swiss watches are actually Patek, Blancpain, and Breguet.

Of course, some may argue about my choices considering the number of Swiss brands that are absolutely exquisite.

They are expensive, but I never hesitated buying a pre-owned one at a lower cost since the quality of these watches are impeccable.

In terms of durability, I've read Rolex is as good or better than any, whereas Blancpain has reliability issues. Audemars Piguet and Vacheron would likely be on this list, too.

Anyone have other thoughts on this?
