I'd say $100 Max each for the first two and not much for the ladt 2. I'm assuming the first 2 have gold filled cases, i they are solid gold, add $200. Low jewel count American pocket watches are usually not worth all that much.

Sounds like a fairly standard gold filled (i.e. not solid gold) Pocet watch, value is probably pretty low, in the $100 range.

Arnex pocketwatch...I'm trying to get a value. Gold case, white dial with "pied-piper flutist" motif. My grandfather's. Is it worth anything. In good shape but needs cleaning.

Thanks.

Did you have a photo? It looks like NATO era piece, but a photo always helps to make sure we're talking about the same thing.

not much info Zaf. I would have appreciated an estimated value. It is an excellent time piece, gold filled, and any dummy could see that it is an american waltham pocket watch Daa. I guess I'll have to look elseware for a more informed expert opinon. Thanks.

When you don't even mention the size or what the case is made or what type of dial or a photo, what do you expect? I was just trying to get the ball rolling, the attitude, quite frankly, I can do without.

Good luck researching it.

The factory will charge you around $1000 or more for an overhaul of a Futurematic. Be sure you can stomach that kind of bill.

I was recently cleaning out my jewelry box (which has gotten quite full) and came across a Borel Ladies Cocktail pocket/pendant watch I had bought years ago. I cannot find one like it on the internet anywhere and was wondering if anyone might know the value? I'll try my best to describe it as my camera isnt working at the moment.
1.5" diameter
Wide 1/4" edge around the face of the watch with a chevron sort of decoration on the edge.
on the back it is blue enamel with a rose painted on it (looks like a customization)
It runs beautifully and is in maybe 8+ out of 10 condition (a few scratches and wear marks)

I don't want to try and pry the back off, as I'm not a professional and don't want to force it. Any help with this would be great.

I'd say it's worth about $125-200. They're not that common, but people prefer them as wrist watches.

Zaf,
Thank you for the appraisal. At least I know I got my $5 worth on it a few years ago. I think I'll keep it for now, everyone who sees it, loves it.

I am just curious as to the value of this Pocket watch .. it's from Glarus 1892 Eidengenossisches Schutzenfest ( Federal Shoooting Festval). It is a Courvoisier Freres. The case maker is Huguenin Of Locle Switzerland The watch is Silver..engraved on the inside again with eidgenossisches Schutzenfest ,Glarus 1982..It is ruby jeweled.
The man who owns it got it from a German Prisoner in the World War for a carton of Cigarettes..I will attach photos..

I'd like to know the value if any of a Waltham pocket watch of 1899 with serial number 12047996. The watch is in good operating condition. The case is gold filled, I believe, and the engraving is somewhat indistinct.

I have a Breitling Swiss made navigational pocketwatch- made for the US Military. It was my father's. He was a Navy pilot and he died in 1965. The serial # 917562. I believe it is made of nickel chromium (maybe 18 jewel). Any information is appreciated. Thank you. Audrey A.

I wrote the message above and made a mistake on its description. It is a Breitling stopwatch. There is a picture I found of it on the website: http://people.timezone.com/breitling/bfaq/Vintage_Collection.html.
My dad was very young when he died, but the stopwatch looks like it has been well used. The backplate is covered with an inscription that I cannot read, as it is worn.
Thank you again for your help. Audrey A.
