Hello, I am looking for some help with a pocket watch. I am hoping that someone can tell me a little about the watch and what the value may be. It is a Huguenin and on the face it says Thermidor 17 Rubis Antichoc. It has a hinged cover and the latch works, the face glass is in good shape. I can move the hands to set the time and it does start to tick every once in a while but it cannot be wound. Any help would be appreciated. Pocket Watch

I don't have any specific info, but from the looks of the movement it has, it was initially an inexpensive watch. I'd imagine it's still a watch that doesn't have a whole lot of value.

I'm thinking about buying a complicated wristwatch, but would like some opinions on Patek Philippe and Jaeger-Le Coultre. Which is a more reliable timepiece between the two, if both have moonphases.
