I have a vintage Starina watch can anyone give me information about it?
It has writen in the back "rostfreier stahlboden". What does it mean. What language?

I believe it means "stainless steel back" in German. So you have a German market piece. Starina is a "generic" Swiss brand i.e. one of many many name plates in the pre quartz era.
