Nickel case, no markings dial & mvt, marked inner back door "Vacheron Geneve Cylindre huit rubis". There is a marking on inner back door, 3 letters I can´t make out followed by 7 and case nr 67645. Don´t tick, but looks good, needs a service though. Dial is 1 1/4 inches. I have concluded it is from around 1850 somewhere, and it could be one of theese "lego" movements Vacheron made this period.
