A friend of mine has an exquisite 14k watch with three leaves as a cover and seven beautiful diamonds in the center of the cover. The watch face has Widbro and is square (ladies small) 1/2"x5/8", on the back a crest with a line drawn from corner to corner with L/E. Attached to the leaf cover is a tassle, it resembles a flower with small ropes coming out of the petals. The band is 3/8" flat segments and along both edges a heavy rope is attached. It has a double lock, a side wire lock and a flat clip lock. The lady who owned it said she acquired it in England around 1938. If anyone could give me some background information I'd much appreciate it. |
