Not sure how you know that I put the image of the Hebe Ladies Swiss wrist watch below?

Hi. "Incabloc" which is type of shock resistance was patented in 1933 and became widely used in the 1940s. So I suspect the watch is from the 1940s or even the early 1950s eventhough it looks like it is earlier.

Hebe is not a known brand as far as I know, so value is likely to be that value of the gold & diamonds + a few dollars which probably works out to be in the $150 range.
