Hi. "Incabloc" which is type of shock resistance was patented in 1933 and became widely used in the 1940s. So I suspect the watch is from the 1940s or even the early 1950s eventhough it looks like it is earlier. Hebe is not a known brand as far as I know, so value is likely to be that value of the gold & diamonds + a few dollars which probably works out to be in the $150 range. I hope this helps. Zaf |
