I've inherited a beautiful womens wristwatch from my grandmother's estate. I'd like to find out about it to determine how much to spend in order to get it running. It is silver with alot of filigree detail and a chain link band. The only words on it are "chateau cadillac" on the upper face and "swiss" under the number 6.
Help!!

Sorry, not real info though "Chateau Cadillac" is a French Bordeaux ... I'm not kidding!

I also have a watch I came across in some of my grandfathers things. It sounds like the match to the womans post above. It has an octagon shaped face that holds the lens in place and the words "Chateau Cadillac" in the center. but in place of the number 6, it has a sweep second hand. and under that it is stamped SWISS. The numbers on the face are raised phosphorus. I was looking for any info regarding this timepiece.

It has to be one of the many "Generic Swiss" brands, at one point, there were 100s, if not 1,000s of them.
