I've inherited a number of these fine pieces, but none of them are running. I believe they've been stored in a drawer. The crystals are missing on a few of them, otherwise the others look great. Any idea how I can restart these watches?

Un screw the crown and wind them, see if they start. If you plan on regularly wearing them, they will need to be serviced.
