I need help with finding the age and value of my father's Courvoisier Freres gold watch. The mechanism serial number is: 83423 and the dust cover number is: 309247. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

There is no way to tell from the information given. Is it a pocket watch? What size? What is the case made of 14k, 18k, etc.
