regarding the more information:-
1) Favre-leuba & co inscribed on it
2) Swiss made written
3)18 K
4)code no. 23197 written
5) two hoeses on one side of the watch and a person riding having a
sword in hand on the other side
6) beautifull etching done on the watch
7) enamelled dialer with different figures
8) very fine cutting work on the dialer
9) and here is the most amazing thing about it is that it is in the fully
working condition

help me in identifying it so that i can sell it easily
if you please also let me know that how many pieces were made like this

Favre-leuba is the retailer. The maker will typically be someone else, that's all I know.
