Thanx to exposure to a lot of artillery fire, I cannot hear a normal alarm on a watch. Do you know of any watches with vibrating alarms?

I don't know if this answers your question, but all the old mechanical alarms vibrate to some degree, in particular the Vulcains. You'll definitely feel a Vulcain on your wrist.

I have a LeCoultre Worldtime which also has a distinct vibration; so I assume all LeCoultre/JLC memovoxes do. Also, Bulova currently makes something called the "vibra-alarm" which allows you to switch modes between audible and vibrating.

Do a google search on "poljot watch". Poljot makes some good vibrating alarm watches for a reasonable price (new, not vintage). I have one... 18 jewel windup watch. It works well.
