In the late 1950s I inherited my grandfather's wrist watch.
Here are the details:
PAUL PERREGAUX
perma spring
super automatic

incabloc
17 jewels

It is in stainless steel case, black face, gold hands, second hand has red tip.

If you can provide me any information I would be very appreciate.

I am most interested in when it was made, how it is supposed to work correctly, which it does not, and value.

Not sure exactly who this is, all that I can find is that a watchmaker named Paul Perregaux applied for a screw down crown patent in 1925 that may have been the basis for the Rolex Oyster design.
