I work for a charitable organization and someone donated an Omega Seamaster 600 wristwatch.
Can someone tell me a bit about the watch, and its approximate value?

Here is information from the Omega Vintage Website about this watch (from the case reference number on the back)

The value might be around $200-250

I think if the dial is original and nice (hard to tell) the value might be $100 more. Dial is critical. If it is tired in any way, your estimate is right on.
