i recently bought a du ward watch second hand in
spain. can anyone provide me with info/source book
or approx value. year 30's? curved to fit wrist
ladies watch, all silver with link type band and
clasp.white face/ black numerals arranged 12-3-6-9
and oblong body. any help appreciated.

Sounds like a generic nameplate to me, value in if so, approximate value would in the same league as Bulova or less.

A Spanish brand since 1864. They used to have in-house mechanical movements. After 80's crisis, only gold waches for dress and chronos, but only quartz. You can visit their site in: http://www.duward.com but, sorry, not in English and nowadays with some rearrangements.
