This is a double case pocket watch and all three covers have number 448534 followed by a five- point star. Its age should be 1920-1930 and the dust cover is engraved 14kt-,16 rubins, Ancre Spiral Breguet and Pacemaker (as on the dial) I would like to have an idea of its value and if somebody know something about "Pacemaker" I am very grateful for your help
