An associate came across a rather old antique Omega watch.. searched the internet trying to ID it, with no luck.
Came across this board in my searches.. so was hoping someone here could possibly help me out.

I'm not a 100% convinced this is all Omega. It would appear to me that the it may have been recased, but hard to tell for sure since it is so early. I'd be expecting an Omega stamp of some kind on the case. Does it have one?
