I have a Borel & courvoisier Neuchatel Gold pocket watch. Serial number 63304, Has a lion hallmark and a glass cover on the mechanism. I have had this family heirloom for many years. I wound the watch this morning and to my surprise it seems to work perfectly. I can not find any information on this piece any information would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Jim |

I'd guess around 1880-1890. Is it solid 18K? |

A jeweler has told me its not solid gold. My aim is to have it cleaned and lubricated and use it. Any help to find a watch repairman would be helpful. I live near Buffalo, New York. Thanks in advance, regards, Jim |
