hello
my first posting
what a knowledgeable lot you all are,
i'll apologise for the spelling now so thats it covered forever.

i have got my dads HEXAMETER pocket watch its a full hunter gold filled [bless with a message guaranteed to wear for 10 years]
anybody know anything about them please.

it was in fact my great grandads originally so that takes it to the late 1800's
