Hello! I recently bought a 15 Lignes, 18k Gold pocket watch. It is signed on the center wheel bridge FC Vacheron. It has the typical early 19 century Vacheron Cylinder movement with 8 jewels. It also has the serial number 13606 stamped booth on the movement and the golden case. Could anybody please inform me about the production date of the watch? If you can give me any available information for that watch I would appreciate it very much.

It's too early for me to be knowledgeable. I'd suggest writing to V&C direct. I'm sure they have contact info on their site.

I'm not sure this is the Vacheron of Vacheron & Constantin. That would be "Jean Marc Vacheron". It could be an uncle or a relative, etc. So the factory may or may not consider this one of theirs. Write them and see. The low jewel count of 8 tells me it probably isn't, but again, this is not my area.

With the serial number 13606, which if it is Vacheron goes buck to 1800 to 1815 could the FC refers to Francois Constantin?

Again, not my area of expertise. It could be Francois Vacheron (he is a nephew or something).

Write V&C with the photos and see what they say. They'll probably answer though it may take a few weeks.
