Someone knows what is the caliber of this Omega?
It can be a "208", as explained at http://www.classicwatch.com/discus/messages/24/5370.html?1128453068?

What is the diameter of the movement in mm? That should help indentify it. It's it's a 28.x it will be 28mm, if it is a 30 xxx it will be 30mm

It's a caliber 28, not "208". The "28" refers to the diameter of the movement and should be engraved under the balance wheel.

This matches with the case reference number of 2399 shown in your pictures as per the Omega Vintage database.
