Just obtained - not yet received.

I think it's cal. 13-20, but not sure.

Does anyone out there know Minerva? Thanks.

Here is shot of similar piece, also with eccentric lugs, from Zaf's 'Past Prices', sold in 2000 - recommend subscription to all!

Got it -- I would think it may be an original dial, nice and sharp in all aspects. Close up on the movement suggests high fabrication standards - I suspect on a par with Universal.
