I have a family ladies half hunter in an american case. It has an engraved date of 1896 and Great grannies name in it.

The working is engraved with the words "Baume Geneve" Any information on where and what this is would be great

Sorry not sure about that one, it may be related to Baume & Mercier, it may not be.
