Unfortunately the watch you picture is a poor fake. It also looks like it has a problem with the stuck-on rotor overlay which is loose. This watch is essentially worthless.

Glad I asked and thank you for your prompt reply, I work for a Licensed Auctioneer and from time to time we deal with estate sales and this was one of many watches in the estate we were asked to evaluate.
