I couldn't find an FAQ, so forgive me if this comes up often:
I know nothing at all about Swiss watches, and am considering buying one. I'm trying to get information on the best brands in ladies' watches that *don't* have diamonds, gold or other frills. (I tend to like the Swiss army style) In a related question: I'm confused about the difference between the Swiss Army, Victorinox, Swiss Military, and Wenger brands. Can anyone point me to help? Thanks!

As in unused? Yes.

I'm not looking for a vintage watch. If this is the wrong place, I apologize--and request a steer to the right place, if anyone here knows of one!

Thanks,

Desideria

Can't help you there, sorry, I have not bought a new watch since 1981.
