Hello. I have this watch and I want to know more about it. It would be great if someone could tell me something about it, like the year of production, value and so on. As much as I know, it was first owned by my grandfather, maybe about 40 years ago, but I'm not sure. It's 14 karat gold. See for yourselves.

I try to get to all of them, believe me. I do this almost as a "public service"!

It looks like an early 1960s watch, The watch itself isn't all that valuable as for collectors, Wittnauer, in general, is not a brand they're actively seeking. Still, it's 14k with box, probably worth $300 to $375, maybe a little more if condition is stellar.

Thanks Zaf :-) It's nice to know some details about it. Actually, I am not going to sell it, couse it has a family value to me. But speaking about it's condition - it doesn't work. My father droped it or something and the inside mechanism broke. Maybe you know where I could find Longiness or Wittnauer workshops who could help me with fixing it? Because all the usual watch repair shops refused to help me saying that it's a very old watch and they do not make the parts anymore...
