Hello, I have been offered a vintage Omega Geneve whith a case that looks like 14 K gold. The watch has a stainless steel back. How do I know if it is not just a "gold filled case"? Does anyone know the Geneve history?

For the Omega Geneve line, if the watch has a stainless back, the top is only gold-plated, not solid gold.
